If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.

5 Acres is an online listing and information platform that facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. We do not act as real estate brokers, agents, or property owners (except for listing verification facilitation).

All transactions, negotiations, and agreements are strictly between the buyer and the seller. 5 Acres is not a party to any contract and does not guarantee the completion, legality, or transfer of property title.

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law to register on our platform.

To post property listings or request advanced verification documents, users must register an account and complete their profile onboarding. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
• Maintain the security of your active login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

If you upload, post, or submit a property listing on 5 Acres as a landowner, seller, or verified real estate agent:

• You represent that you hold lawful ownership or have the explicit authorization and power of attorney to list the specified Khasra and plot numbers.
• You warrant that all uploaded images, video walkthroughs, and legal documents (Jamabandi nakal, registry copies) are genuine and unaltered.
• You agree that our administration holds absolute rights to moderate, pause, or delist any listing if document discrepancies or duplicate listing violations are discovered.
• You agree not to list false information or manipulate property prices.

5 Acres facilitates a document and ground verification audit process for listings. However, the verification reports and badges provided on the platform are for informational purposes only:

We are not responsible for any changes in ownership status, encumbrances, or local zoning regulations occurring after the verification date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5 Acres, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to access the platform.
• Any property transaction, purchase, or investment decision made based on listings.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our verification reviews or reports.
• Disputes arising between buyers and sellers/agents.

Users agree to indemnify and hold 5 Acres harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their listings, transactions, or breach of these terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sonepat, Haryana, India.
